We are currently recruiting for a Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist at our Nespresso Boutique in Emporium.

This position requires our successful candidate to work a rotating roster, where late night trading and alternate weekend availability is required.

Note: To be considered for this role you must have full working rights within the relevant location. Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with our new and loyal customers, while also supporting our leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique.
  • Engage and connect customers with a high level of service and product knowledge, and maximize sales.
  • Oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management and creatively collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience.
  • Support the completion of the on-boarding process of all new employees and work with team members to achieve individual development goals.
  • Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets.
