Overview

Join to apply for the Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist - Emporium role at Nestlé Nespresso SA.

Location: Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia. Salary: A$100,000.00–A$110,000.00 per year. This position requires a rotating roster with late-night trading and alternate weekend availability.

Responsibilities
  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with customers while supporting the leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique.
  • Engage and connect customers with a high level of service and product knowledge; maximise sales.
  • Oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management, and collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees and work with the team to achieve individual development goals.
  • Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Passion for coffee and customer service with an interest in developing into an experienced Senior Coffee Specialist.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster with late-night trading and alternate weekends.
  • Full working rights within the relevant location.
  • Pre-employment checks may be required (including health checks) prior to appointment.
