We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy coordinator to support our national and centre marketing teams with digital tools and platforms. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and working with a variety of digital products, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to expert for platform support via Zendesk and our Help Centre.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding across MarTech systems to ensure compliance and security.
• Support CMS, Adobe Campaign, apps, portals, and social media tools.
• Collaborate with digital delivery, design, and development teams.
• Drive improvements in user guides, training, and platform documentation.
• Coordinate eDM scheduling and support release activities.

What You Bring

• Experience in digital environments, ideally with Zendesk, Jira, and CMS platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for digital innovation and customer experience.
