The Textile Company are importers and distributors of premium brands of textiles and wallcoverings to the design and decorating trade. A business built on great brands, longstanding relationships and a highly skilled team of industry specialists, we partner with the world's best brands and mills to bring the latest textile trends to Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide high quality customer service and admin duties in our busy Mascot Operations team.

What We Offer

  • Monday-Friday 9-5 in our Mascot office/warehouse

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly handling and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Accurately Processing orders, proformas and quotes into our inventory management system and CRM
  • Checking stock levels, placing stock reserves with suppliers and providing pricing to customers
  • Processing customer payments and following up with accounts receivables
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our customers, our suppliers, our showrooms and our sales team

Requirements
  • 1+ years in a fast-paced customer service or operations role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong customer focus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills

Nice To Have
  • Experience using Cin7Core and/or Hubspot
  • Experience in the design/decorating trade
