We are seeking Customer Service Specialists for part-time positions (20 and 15 hours per week, hours worked flexibly) in our Adelaide office.
The initial training will be conducted full-time for two weeks. Afterward, you will be able to work in a hybrid arrangement, with two days in the office and three days from home.
About the role
- Permanent part-time, 20 hours per week
- Based in Adelaide with shifts between 8am and 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts between 8am and 5pm (AEST)
- Minimum requirement of two days in the Adelaide office
- Customer-facing role handling incoming calls
- High-pressure environment requiring excellent multi-tasking skills
