The company maintains a robust logistics network with branches and distribution centres across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, ensuring efficient delivery and consistent product availability

Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic A&P plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and market share across national FMCG channels.
- Conduct market reviews and consumer research to generate insights that inform brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Manage end-to-end brand marketing activities, including campaign planning, supplier approvals, media buying, and public relations.
- Monitor brand performance and profitability, including sales analysis, demand forecasting, stock movement, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee promotional events, merchandising, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective market execution
The Successful Applicant
- 3-8 years of relevant FMCG experience, ideally with exposure to the food industry.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong verbal, written, and reading skills in both languages.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and analyse data effectively.
- Financial and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, budget management, and building strong relationships.
