An opportunity is now open to work for a successful international brand that specializes in spray paints and other art products. Montana Colors Australia is the Australian branch of MTN and seeks to grow the effective distribution of our products.

We are looking to fill a critical role of a Advertising Manager to work on a permanent full-time basis, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri, 0830 -1630) at our warehouse - 3C, 430 Marion Street Bankstown NSW 2200.

This role requires a specific skill/ knowledge set which will be outlined below.

Duties.
- Manage social networks and communications for B2C and B2B channels.
- Create tailored content for various sales categories.
- Analyse consumer markets to develop forecasts and build strategic campaigns.
- Build financial forecasts and run historical reports for management.
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers. Onboard, train and develop.
- Communicate with HQ to implement global releases.
- Assist in trade show developments.
- Provide technical support on spray paint inquiries.

Preferences to achieve this role effectively.
- Have a detailed knowledge of the spray paint industry, its market competitors within Europe and Australia, within the last 3 years.
- An understanding of the street art community on both a local and international level, with established connections.
- A Bachelor of Marketing Communication or audiovisual media.
- Competent in content creation (photo and video), including post editing.
- 3 years experience in sales and marketing, in spray paint industries.
- Ability to speak Spanish/ Catalan and English. (Critical - must be able to)
- Creative nature and ability to innovate with content and strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (primarily Excel and Outlook), and a benefit with experience in SAP.

In this role you will be working within a small team locally, whilst liaising with a broad network of people in HQ, located in Spain, hence a very critical preference to speak Spanish/ Catalan. It is important that you can work highly independently and take responsibility in your actions. We are intent to seek someone who has extensive experience in our niche market, as having detailed knowledge affects the way we can communicate and execute strategies for the brand.

Also, you will need to reside in Sydney and work onsite as the role requires in person communication. You will need to be comfortable in travelling interstate and overseas for various role specific tasks.

**Salary**: $98,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
