Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Campground Front of House Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an approachable, experienced, and well-rounded Front of House Manager who is committed to our guest experience and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient management of the Front of House at the Campground, keeping staff focused on providing the best customer service possible, and ensuring all guests have a happy and memorable stay. You will focus on Reception, Reservations (Opera Cloud), and all associated paperwork for running our Campground.

This role is a dual management position, so teamwork is essential as you will work alongside our Campground Maintenance and Ground Manager.

Our campground site includes:

  • A pool
  • 5 ablution blocks
  • 219 Power sites
  • 233 Unpowered sites
  • 14 Cabins
  • An overflow area for approximately 220 vans
  • The coach campground area with approximately 29 sites plus a pool
