Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front office. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to all processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the training of new front office team members and act as a role model to team members.
  • Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
