About The Role
We're seeking a proactive, enthusiastic safety professional to:
- Deliver high-impact manual handling training tailored to staff and settings.
- Support district-wide injury prevention through hands-on risk assessment.
- Build capability in others through mentoring and education.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled WHS team and engage clinical and corporate services.
- Contribute to a positive safety culture that protects staff and patients alike.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in WHS or relevant experience in manual handling/WHS
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and SafeWork NSW Codes of Practise.
- Experience in delivering engaging, practical training to diverse groups.
- Confidence conducting risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to design and evaluate training packages aligned to real-world needs.
- Valid Class C Driver's Licence and ability to travel across CCLHD sites.
- Be part of a collaborative and passionate Health & Safety team.
