Your new role

As a Manager, you will:

  • Drive outcomes and be responsible for diverse engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships.
  • Become part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategic planning across the business.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues.
  • Collaborate across offices and work as part of a team.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships.
  • Engage with Partners to support your career development.
  • Have 5+ years' experience in advisory, restructuring, and insolvency.
  • Possess a business or accounting degree or equivalent.
  • Be ARITA qualified or currently undertaking qualification.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate sound analytical and report writing skills.
  • Exhibit high self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Be highly motivated, team-oriented, with leadership qualities.
