Cafe Store Manager required for a vibrant Adelaide store.
5-day Monday - Friday roster, trading during business hours.

Applicants must have extensive food and coffee knowledge.

Minimum 5 years experience and proven success in a similar operation is essential.

A hands-on operator is sought to manage the day-to-day running of a store and be a leader to develop a successful team and maintain a high level of organisational efficiencies.

Applicants must be driven and passionate about providing a great customer experience every time. You must have excellent communication skills, possess the ability to create a solid team, and be able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, sales, and rosters.
  • Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and targets.
