**Full Time Cafe Supervisor Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Front of House supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe in Adelaide Northern Suburbs.

The role involves managing a team, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the cafe team.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain inventory, and ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including making excellent coffee unsupervised.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe premises, including dishes, utensils, equipment, and coffee machines.
  • Process transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability.
  • Reliable, honest, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
