Cafe manager - Gloria Jeans : We are looking for motivated cafe manager to join our high performing team. Role responsibilities:

- **Training and Supervision**:Training new staff on cafe procedures, food safety, and customer service, and providing ongoing supervision.
- **Performance Management**:Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Customer Service:

- **Ensuring Positive Customer Experiences**: Overseeing customer service interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining a Welcoming Environment**: Ensuring the cafe is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
- **Building Customer Relationships**: Interacting with customers, fostering loyalty, and gathering feedback.

Inventory and Operations:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Ensuring Quality Control**: Ensuring food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety standards are maintained.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
