Role

Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Mackay Carlyle Suites. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property. This is a part-time role, offering up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property.
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules.
Compensation

Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour
Saturday: $33.38 per hour
Sunday: $40.05 per hour

Qualifications
  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays.
