Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform safe tree climbing, cutting, and removal using industry-standard equipment
  • Conduct tree health inspections and provide reports
  • Collaborate with ground crews for efficient project completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Arborist certification (Cert III or higher)
  • Experience in tree care and machinery operation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Chainsaw, EWP & ESI tickets a plus
  • Physically fit and safety conscious

Ground Crew Member and Truck Driver

This role involves supporting tree maintenance and removal operations as a ground crew member and truck driver.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate MR-licensed trucks for transporting teams, tools, and materials
  • Assist arborists with ground support, including chipping, cleanup, and site preparation
  • Load/unload equipment and ensure safe hauling of wood/stumps
  • Maintain vehicles and tools in top condition

Requirements:

  • Experience in outdoor labor or arboriculture preferred
