About the role:

We're seeking a Hospitality Consultant to bring expert knowledge and hands-on support to our Care Communities. In this role, you'll work closely with General Managers and hospitality teams—including chefs, catering, cleaning, and laundry staff—providing clear guidance across all aspects of hospitality operations. You'll mentor and coach teams to deliver high-quality, efficient services that align with our values and Opal HealthCare's standards.

What you'll Bring:

  • Graduate degree in Hospitality or Business is essential
  • More than 5 years of middle management experience, including regional portfolio oversight and direct team leadership
  • Experience in commercial catering, cleaning practices, and laundry operations is highly advantageous
  • Expertise in food safety, customer satisfaction, and people management
  • Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Financial and business acumen, data interpretation skills, and change management experience
  • High computer literacy, and excellent written and reporting skills

This role does require travel across the state of Victoria from time to time.

Applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare's police check system.
