About the opportunity

We're looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join our team in Regents Park. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll keep the office running smoothly, provide reception and administration support, and help create a welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring sign-in processes are followed.
  • Coordinate contractors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Assist with supplier accounts, including invoices and payments.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, setup, technology, and catering.
  • Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier bookings.
  • Organise catering for meetings and functions.
  • Keep reception, meeting rooms, stationery areas, and kitchen tidy and well presented.
  • Manage office supplies and raise purchase orders as needed.
  • Keep staff contact lists and seating plans up to date, and support onboarding by preparing workstations and access.
  • Help organise company events such as morning teas and BBQs.
  • Support the Executive and HR teams with general administration.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Regents Park. Hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll bring to the team

We are looking for someone who is either an experienced Office Coordinator, Receptionist or Administrator ready for a new challenge, or someone eager to grow their career in administration. You will bring:

  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and pitch in where needed.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite.
