Our Transformation Delivery (TD) team is a key part of the major delivery and transformation work ongoing within a wide range of industries we support. We design, plan, lead, deliver, and assure complex projects for our clients. We also provide real-time and prospective trusted advice throughout major programs and projects. This service is exciting and impactful as we support major initiatives nationwide, helping clients navigate associated challenges.

Your Opportunity

As a valuable team member, you will leverage your program, project, or portfolio management experience to initiate and deliver engagements across various sectors.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting KPMG Project Management Office teams to ensure project planning, execution, dependencies, and controls are well integrated in large, complex transformations.
  • Collaborating with experienced teams across the firm in areas like Transformation Change, Customer Analytics & Design, Risk, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy & Enablement, and Financial Management.
  • Providing leadership to enhance the capacity of delivery teams and integrating firm capabilities to deliver high-quality client engagements through effective program and project management practices.
  • Leading delivery using traditional or agile methodologies, based on your practical knowledge of frameworks such as Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe.
  • Supporting assurance teams to provide guidance and confidence to clients on major transformation delivery.

  • You are a seasoned project management professional with a big-picture view and skills to manage projects end-to-end, including establishing project details, baselines, milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
  • You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and excel at building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • You can digest, distill, and communicate complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Your experience
  • 3-5 years consulting experience, preferably in a major consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of PMO types, frameworks, and their application across organizations.
  • Experience implementing frameworks for program governance, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Capability in program/project management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and analysis to complex challenges.
  • Proficiency with the latest portfolio, program, and project management tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Enjoys working with complexity and ambiguity, bringing innovative solutions.
  • Background or interest in disciplines like Portfolio, Program, and Project Management, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods; PMO establishment and management; Project Scheduling.
  • Ideally, holds relevant qualifications such as a graduate project or program management qualification, or certifications like PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, Managing Successful Programmes, or PMI certifications.
