THE ROLE:

As part of our Direct Sales team, you will collaborate with the Sales, Creative, Integration, Airtime, and Programming teams to ensure smooth delivery of content and promotions, with high-quality commercial campaigns for our clients and listeners. Your goal will be to provide excellent administrative support, take initiative, and help the sales team achieve its goals and revenue targets. You will be energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, results-driven, ethical, and detail-oriented. You should be passionate about the industry and eager to work in a place that does things differently.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

  • Implement integrated client campaigns, coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Assist with presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare correspondence and respond to client queries for Client Executives.
  • Process on-air booking approvals, source advertising materials, and assist with campaign implementation.
  • Use sales resources and reports effectively for Client Executives.
  • Assist with organizing client events and functions.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis, including pre- and post-times, airchecks, etc., as required.
  • Maintain and promote effective relationships with key functions including creative, promotions, and programming.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced business with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous Sales Administration or Coordinator experience within Broadcast Media or Advertising industries is highly regarded.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A natural curiosity to improve processes and exceed manager expectations around service delivery.
