With a proactive and hands-on approach, you'll take ownership of reporting, registers, renewals, and property matters from the outset, with the scope to expand the function and make it your own as the business evolves. You can also expect to work closely with our Commerial Manager, Procurement Manager, Legal Manager andother members of the Legal & Corporate Services team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
8–10+ years' experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk (construction or infrastructure sector highly regarded).
Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations (e.g. building, labour hire, electrical contractor licences).
Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management.
High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans.
A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
