Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate services function and play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary package and a range of benefits. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to support the overall strategic directions of our organisation and managing core organisational business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and analysis to the CEO and contribute to relevant Executive, Board, and subcommittee meetings.
  • Contribute to the coordination and management of the corporation's risk profile, insurance, and audit functions ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance in all business service practices.
  • Lead the preparation of end-of-month accounting tasks, including journals, liability, and accrual calculations, and end-of-month reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and other reports.

Requirements

  • MBA or Degree or Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent) and CPA.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across all levels.
  • Relevant experience in corporate services management.
  • Experience in manipulating large spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Mid-sized accounting package experience.
  • Project Management and information technology skills and experience desirable.
  • Strong honest work ethic.
