In this role, you will work closely with a Client Partnership Manager to ensure client satisfaction, support program performance, and contribute to long-term account success. You'll be the go-to contact for day-to-day needs while helping implement strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of client success plans and service level agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist with client onboarding, reporting, and program reviews
  • Coordinate internal resources to support client needs
  • Identify and share opportunities to enhance client programs
  • Act as the internal 'voice of the client' across teams
About You
  • 1–3 years' experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for customer service
  • Exposure to the travel industry or corporate services is a bonus
