Greenvalley Support Services Pty Ltd is a trusted NDIS provider founded by experienced professionals with backgrounds in mental health, disability care, and community support. We are passionate about delivering personalised, culturally sensitive, and person-centred care to people living with disabilities.

We are now looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

About The Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Work closely with participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans.
  • Connect participants with appropriate services, providers, and community resources.
  • Build capacity in participants to exercise choice and control in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with families, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Monitor progress, address barriers, and ensure services are delivered in line with participant needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator or in a similar NDIS role.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and funding streams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Respect for cultural diversity and lived experiences.
  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Social Work, or Community Services (preferred).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
