Pinsent Masons is one of the world's leading law firms, with a rapidly growing presence in Australia built on a reputation for outstanding work for clients and genuine care for its people. We focus on five key sectors: Advanced Manufacturing & Technology, Energy, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Our practice teams – Finance & Projects, Property, Risk Advisory Services and Transactional Services – work collaboratively across these sectors.
In Australia, we are rapidly growing with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. We are well connected into our global network, which results in rewarding work and unique career opportunities.
Most importantly, we are a purpose and people led law firm. Our purpose is to make business work better for people.
That means constantly questioning how the world works and then being bold with our responses. We want people who bring their own unique experience to the firm, are constantly curious, and who meaningfully connect with their colleagues and clients. In return, we provide an environment where you can drive development, work flexibly and continually learn.
What makes Pinsent Masons a great place to work?

- We like to be flexible. Our firm is professional and allows you to bring our whole self to work. Dress for your day and in your own style and participate in practices that support your wellbeing, mental wellness and work/life balance so that everyone can thrive at work and at home.
- We're lots of fun and very inclusive. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to participate in, and even run, social activities, diversity and inclusion networks, and charitable initiatives.
