  • Developing position lifecycle guides, tools and communications to support HR and business users.
  • Assisting with audit preparation by ensuring position data meets compliance and reporting standards.
  • Collaborating with system owners on enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback gathering.
  • Monitoring and resolving data quality issues, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of user experience through process refinement and support materials.
  • Providing input into position lifecycle KPIs and reporting dashboards in collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Maintaining position management documentation and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
  • Collaborating with HR Systems and other teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve system functionality.

  • Previous experience working in an ERP application development environment (either PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar) and/or a web services environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to success in providing effective solutions to business needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
