Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial modeling tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
