We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join us part-time and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional on-site support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist clients with technical inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with network setup and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role - highly regarded
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
