About the Role

We are seeking a professional and proactive Business Analyst to support the formation of demographic and property market data from internal and external sources, and the delivery of client reports. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market research, present analysis/updates to the Advisory team at team meetings or when required.
  2. Analyse internal and external datasets to support decision-making and external stakeholder reporting.
  3. Collaborate with business units to gather information and translate them into scalable solutions.
  4. Drafting and editing of Advisory reports and templates that are accurate, clear and concise.
  5. Participate in the development and automation of operational reports and dashboards.
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational data use.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst role, ideally in operational or client-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be meticulous in your work with a strong attention to detail and a sound understanding of data governance and quality principles.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
