Overview

Senior Associate: Banking and Finance Lawyer
• 4+ to 7 years post admission

This role targets a candidate who is currently a senior associate and seeks to leverage experience into a high level of varied international transactions, with the potential for upper-quartile remuneration and benefits. The successful candidate will align with a leading Partner in complex international finance transactions and will engage in a broad range of finance work, including mining transactions and commodity trading finance.

Responsibilities
  • Work on private creditor and funds structures across the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Assist with matters globally across funds clients, financial investors, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Contribute to a one-profit-pool global law firm setup accessed on an international stage, with opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • Strong academic record
  • Intrinsic motivation to expand a profile in banking and finance transactions
