Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Associate - Banking & Finance role at Norton Rose Fulbright. Based in Perth, you will be part of the market-leading Banking and Finance group. You will work on cross-border and domestic transactions in Mining, Commodities and Infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on project financing, structured trade financing, and corporate and institutional financing for mining and infrastructure sectors.
  • Work on cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions, with a varied and challenging workload.
  • Collaborate with clients including banks, corporate borrowers, investment banks, credit funds, and Norton Rose Fulbright colleagues globally.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in banking and finance transactions at a reputable national or international law firm.
  • At least 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with multiple partners.
  • Ability to build a network and assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Eligible to practice law in Australia.
