Perth, Western Australia McManus Partners | Legal Search & Consult Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

This is designed to appeal to a 4+ to 7 year post admission candidate that currently holds the senior associate title but would now like to leverage that experience into a high level of varied international transactions and attract the upper echelon of remuneration and benefits.

You will align with a leading Partner in complex international finance transactions who also sits as the Global Co Head of Mining transactions, however this role will be more than the mainstay of Australian project finance. This team has a true depth in commodity trading finance.

Be exposed to the full array of specialist structures for private creditors and funds in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. This Partner successfully bids for matters globally across funds clients, financial investors as well as mining and oil and gas.

Structurally one of the main points of difference here is that as part of the Australian group of a one profit pool global law firm, you will access the best transactions and professional development on an international stage.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Laws, strong academics
  • Minimum 4years+ PAE
  • Intrinsically motivated to continue to expand your profile in banking and finance transactions
