About the role:
Join our Shared Services Team and help keep our ever-growing firm running smoothly. As one of our Client Service Coordinators, you'll support your dedicated team and collaborate closely with them in their day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive, ready to contribute ideas and evolve our internal practices.
Your focus:
- Administrative and operational support to the team and partner
- Accurate administration of client-related files and document management
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals, reports, and other ad hoc documents
- Diary and email management for the partner
- Fee posting and billing
- Assist with overflow from other CSC team members

Your focus:

- Accurate administration of client-related files and document management
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals, reports, and other ad hoc documents
- Diary and email management for the partner
- Fee posting and billing
- Assist with overflow from other CSC team members
- Experience in a similar Client Service Coordinator role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal)
- Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g., FYI Docs)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
