Job Title: Client Services Administrator Port Melbourne

  • Administrative support to Project Management in Client Service department.
  • Labour hire administrative support, including portals and statements.
  • Purchase order entry and invoicing (PRONTO system).
  • Managing subcontractors' documentation.
  • Organising uniforms for technicians and office staff.
  • Data Entry including creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and Word Documents.
  • Completion of administration forms - Journals, Credits, New Debtors and New Suppliers etc.
  • Reception relief.

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support to Office management and Project Managers on a daily basis. You will be a member of the Client Service Administration team.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

">
  1. Providing administrative support to Project Management in the Client Service department, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  2. Delivering exceptional labour hire administrative support, including portal management and statement preparation.
  3. Entering purchase orders and managing invoices through the PRONTO system, maintaining accurate records and adherence to deadlines.
  4. Ensuring effective management of subcontractors' documentation, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and policies.
  5. Coordinating uniform distribution for technicians and office staff, promoting a professional and cohesive work environment.
  6. Executing data entry tasks, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, and updating relevant databases.
  7. Completing administration forms accurately, including journals, credits, new debtors, and new suppliers, among others.
  8. Providing reception relief as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to teamwork.
