About The Role

Join our Shared Services Team to help keep our growing firm running smoothly. As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll support your team and collaborate in daily operations. We seek someone detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas to improve our practices.

Your Focus
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Team and Partner
  • Accurate management of client files and documents
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing engagement letters, proposals, reports, and ad hoc documents
  • Managing diaries and emails for the Partner
  • Handling fee posting and billing
  • Assisting with overflow tasks from other CSC team members
You Have
  • Experience in a similar Client Service Coordinator role, preferably within professional services (accounting, legal)
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g., FYI Docs)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
