Overview

Financial Assistance Consultant - Hardships. Join the Financial Assistance team to support customers experiencing financial difficulties by providing solutions aligned with Macquarie's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and/or their financial counsellors with navigating their financial obligations through channels including phone, email, and letters.
  • Assess customer circumstances to determine eligibility for tailored solutions and monitor ongoing arrangements for improvement opportunities.
  • Handle calls within appropriate delegation levels, identify and escalate priority issues, and maintain accuracy and integrity of customer data.
Qualifications / What you offer
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve broader objectives
  • Experience in Financial Assistance/Hardship, Collections or Complaints is valuable
