Overview

Join to apply for the Financial Assistance Consultant - Hardships role at Macquarie Group. You will support customers experiencing financial difficulties by providing solutions aligned with Macquarie's policies and procedures. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where ideas and outcomes matter.

What role will you play?

Assist customers and/or their financial counsellors with navigating their financial obligations through channels (phone, emails, and letters). Assess eligibility for a range of tailored solutions based on the customer's circumstances and monitor ongoing agreements to identify opportunities for improvement. Handle calls within appropriate delegation levels, escalate priority issues, and maintain accuracy and integrity of customer data.

  • Experience in Financial Assistance/Hardship, Collections or Complaints is valuable
