
Contracts Administrator Redink Home Southwest

The Role
AContracts Administratoris responsible for effectively managing the client relationship from the finalisation of the sale to the commencement of contract. This includes being the primary point of contact between Redink Homes Southwest and the sales team, drafting and estimating throughout the pre-construction process, to help process and finalise any Contract Variations and/or Sales Variations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that working drawings, addendas, and contract documents (including HIA Contracts) are accurately processed and finalised to meet client requirements in preparation for the Prestart process.
This role is permanent, full-time contract, based in Bunbury. Office hours are to be worked between the hours of 7am-6pm, schedule to be negotiated with your manager.
About you
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to fault find, resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office & Click Homes desirable).
- Proven time management skills and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Post-Secondary qualification in Customer Engagement or related field is desirable.
- Knowledge and understanding of residential building and construction regulations and process in the Western Australian marketplace (desirable but not essential).
