Alex Perry is seeking an experiencedProduction Coordinatorto join our high-performing team in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team behind a globally recognised luxury womenswear label, where you'll help transform design concepts into flawless garments for the runway, red carpet, and some of the world's most influential women.

Working within our Production team, this hands-on role is responsible for ordering, distributing, receiving, and maintaining materials and trims for the Alex Perry Collection.

You will collaborate with the Design team from the earliest stages of production to understand materials in development, ensure correct testing requirements are met, and oversee fit, workmanship, and delivery to uphold Alex Perry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production process from product development through to bulk delivery.
  • Manage fabrics and trims, ensuring all testing, approvals, and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise daily with suppliers, mills, and manufacturers to track timelines and resolve issues.
  • Support the Production Manager with assets such as specifications, care labels, and testing certificates.
  • Oversee the tracking and approval of samples (SMS, PPS, fit and bulk).
  • Monitor the production critical path and communicate updates across the team.
  • Organise freight, distribution, and stock management in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate reports and records using Apparel Magic and Excel.

About You

  • Previous experience in a fashion production or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with high attention to detail.
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and manufacturers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Apparel Magic and Excel is highly regarded.
