Overview

Supply Planning Manager at Mondelēz International, based at the Head Office in South Melbourne. You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring mid- to long-term production and material plans are in place in line with approved business plans.

How You Will Contribute
  • Prepare short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval
  • Manage, coach and develop a team
  • Meet KPIs including customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste objectives
  • Work with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment to deliver the category's goals
  • Deliver performance against master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity) and material requirements using system tools
  • Contribute to supply review and escalate issues
  • Support and implement improvements in planning to meet KPIs
  • Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings
What You Will Bring
  • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen, ideally within FMCG/CPG
  • Open to learning new ways of working; hands-on with data and systems
  • Experience driving supply reviews and participating in an IBP cycle
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan
  • Ability to build effective teams
  • Knowledgeable about leading-practice supply planning and end-to-end concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong technical background with exceptional people leadership
  • Experience in a local manufacturing environment
  • Develop and coach direct reports with development plans and regular coaching
  • Passion for collaboration and proactive problem solving
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a transforming environment
Education / Certifications

Hold a degree (or equivalent) qualification in relevant discipline.
