Overview

Supply Planning Analyst role at Hanes Brands Australasia, based in Kew, Victoria, Australia. The role focuses on ensuring seamless supply chain operations through planning, purchasing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse ordering needs to determine purchasing requirements and forecast future demand.
  • Recommend and place weekly purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Manage stock levels with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory and service levels.
  • Conduct quality data analysis to support continuous improvement of planning processes.
  • Perform capacity planning for top suppliers to ensure reliable supply.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and service levels across the network.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, sourcing, and demand planning teams to meet inventory and sales targets while forecasting future business needs.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to interpret planning data and foresee supply issues.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management (preferred).
