**YOUR MISSION**:
Critical to the success of the Planning Team, this Supply Planning Manager role represents the integration point between Planning & the Global Order Management Teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Supply Planning Manager include leadership of the Supply Planners, maintenance of accurate order placement buy calendars, leadership of the early buy process, accountability for the creation and maintenance of accurate purchase orders, buy summary reporting, excess inventory analysis and reporting, offshore value added services, updated packaging and labelling guidelines and liaising with the Global Sourcing teams to maintain optimum stock flow to meet customer demand.

Lead the Demand and Supply Planners on the purchasing and inventory management for PUMA Golf CPG/ hardware finished goods and components for Oceania as well as overseeing the preparation and execution of CPG demand forecasts in partnership with Sales and Merchandising. This involves overseeing product lifecycle management which includes new product introduction (delivered OTIF), end of life, as well as monitoring and maintaining optimum inventory levels throughout the products lifecycle.
