We're on the lookout for an ambitious 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Commercial and Industrial Perm Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting people with the right opportunities, this could be your next step

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, Seek, and FastTrack
  • Preparing candidate profiles and managing compliance
  • Posting job ads, coordinating interviews and inductions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Prepare and send floats to clients

What You'll Bring
  • Recruitment experience (recruitment agency) preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter & Seek (FastTrack - not essential)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and tech skills
  • 360 Consulting / Business Development. Enjoy a balance of both.
