If that sounds familiar, keep reading. We're on the hunt for an experienced part-time Recruitment Consultant who knows the ropes and wants to work somewhere that actually values them.

About Us:

We're a dynamic, forward-thinking recruitment agency with a strong track record across Accounting & Finance and Business Support. We believe in empowering our Consultants with the tools, support, and autonomy they need to succeed.

The Role:

  • Running a 360° desk — managing clients and candidates from end to end
  • Building and growing a portfolio of clients on a temporary/contract desk
  • Using a range of tools and platforms to source top talent
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working as part of a collaborative, motivated team

About You:

  • 3+ years in a 360 recruitment role
  • A self-starter with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of billing success
  • Passion for building long-term relationships
