How you will contribute

As a Senior Associate, Accounting & Finance in Brisbane, you will lead a recruitment desk by maintaining engagement with current clients and candidates and developing new business opportunities and successfully sourcing qualified Accounting candidates, from Financial / Management Accountant, up to CFO. You will assist in key practice projects to drive the brand and success of the practice and actively contribute more broadly to the u&u business to play your key part in ensuring that u&u is recognised as a leader in the recruitment industry and living our purpose – To Change Lives by Connecting Potential With Opportunity.

Your background

• Extensive recruitment experience and skills, within the Accounting & Finance specialisation;
• A history of achievement, particularly in relation to the consulting targets;
• Business development, sales and client relationship management experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional people skills and emotional intelligence;
• High level of organisational skills, can manage a large workload under pressure; and
• Experience leading events and networking functions to drive branding and market presence.
