We're looking for an experienced 360° Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take charge of their desk—and their future. You'll build your own permanent recruitment desk in your chosen specialisation (think: Business Support, Sales & Marketing, Aged & Community Care, Engineering & Construction… or your niche). You'll be supported but not stifled.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Consultant, you'll:
  • Own and run your perm desk from end-to-end: client development, talent sourcing, screening, and placement
  • Build lasting relationships with NEW and EXISTING clients and candidates
  • Collaborate on growth strategy and contribute to a team that's scaling with purpose
  • Utilise state-of-the-art tools and systems that make your job easier—not harder
  • Champion your niche and become our go-to expert in your field
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in 360° recruitment (including NEW business development)
  • Drive, initiative, and the hunger to grow your desk—and your income
  • Natural relationship-building and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative heart
  • Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History and Working with Children Check
