You may have noticed we are undergoing a transformation at Cringila Petroleum (with more to come) and as part of that, we're building a team of people who value offering the highest quality service and a friendly, encouraging work environment.

This role is an all-rounder. You'll be able to have great chats and build relationships with our lovely customers, know your way around a kitchen (either with or without professional experience is ok) and enjoy contributing new ideas to improve the way we service our customers and community.

What You'll Do
  • Greet every customer with warmth and genuine care
  • Build strong relationships with locals and regulars
  • Prepare tasty hot food, sandwiches, ready-to-go snacks and more
  • Keep shelves stocked, maintain site cleanliness, and keep our displays looking great
  • Operate POS accurately and handle cash/EFTPOS with care
  • Follow food safety and WHS standards at all times
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we do things and share your ideas
  • Assist with fuel purchases and basic car care advice
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
  • Cooking/hospitality experience - professional or home cooks welcome
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends or varied shifts
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile
  • Bonus points for Food Safety Certificate or petrol station/retail experience
