Job Description
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organisation.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
