We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, counselling and crisis response services.
This role will see you ensuring the completeness and accuracy of client contract information in our operating platform/s to ensure onboarding of new clients, billing accuracy, client data analytics and support ongoing management of contractual obligations. As a team leader you will manage the team and ensure team key performance indicators are achieved by enabling process efficiencies, motivating and leading the team effectively.
The Contracts Team Leader will have proven ability to use rigorous logical methods to resolve difficult problems with effective solutions, highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will appreciate working with variety of customers and be interested in building a career in a unique customer service environment within a national EAP organisation.
Responsibilities Will Include- Experience in providing supervision and oversight to a team is desirable. Team coaching, progression, development, performance management and contribution to culture and engagement
- Update and maintain the contract database and respond to associated queries
- Communicating product pricing and customer pricing changes to the Manager, Customer Billing to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Ensure customer change of details are communicated to internal stakeholders (Manager, Customer Billing, CRM's and Sales Operations)
- Communicate upcoming customer renewals to CRM's and Sales Operations to ensure contract customer contract preparation (new customer contracts and renewals) – for all states. This includes related records and the preparation of Master Service Agreements & reporting monthly of outcomes/status progressively terms are negotiated in a timely manner and renewals occur seamlessly between contract periods
- Identify process improvements to ensure the team operates efficiently (set Team KPIs)
- Skilled at supporting stakeholders and clients (internal and external)
- Minimum 5 Years work experience in a corporate commercial environment/finance environment
- Experience in numerous financial systems and a solid understanding of financial processes
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- High level of IT literacy including intermediate-advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise to meet outcomes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated initiative and a business / financial systems thinking approach
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
