Working Hours: 8 hours per day (flexible start/finish times), 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: Approx. $35 - $40 per hour + Super

Reporting To: Group Manager Safety and Development

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract, based in our Perth office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administration background, preferably with experience in site-based environments, who is passionate about supporting training and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure data entry is up to date
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions
  • Support compliance and audit-readiness by ensuring all documentation meets required standards
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training needs are met
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis using MS Excel
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training systems and processes

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience (site-based experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of data entry accuracy
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (including filters and basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with training systems or Learning & Development processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of compliance and audit-readiness in training environments
